They loot money paid for 3 months upfront connection now are 9 day they are asking to pay some charges

Poorly designed. Issue options given for raising a service request is not customer centric. Speed related problem option not available. Router supplied by ACT no service possible or no replacement - No option for this issue also. No option given for monthly renewal - you need to call help desk.
Useless App. It is one-sided like radio channel.. they have very few options to receive feedback/ complaints and no means to resolve them through APP. Customer care works on cloud nine without any context Once side I've received confirmation on resolution of ticket and other hand they have not updated info and discontinued the service.

Poor customer service, need to wait for atleast 30mins to get in touch with customer care. When they receive new request, they treat as priority and once the payment is done, then doesn't care at all☹️😠
Worst service possible. Their customer service people close tickets without speaking to the customer or resolving the issue
